Q1: How do I connect my smart glass device?

Device connection process: 1. Device information is pre-configured by the backend administrator. 2. Devices connect to the network via a dedicated management app. 3. Open the EPC Glass app and log in to your account. 4. Configured devices will automatically appear in your device list.

Q2: Why can't I control my device?

Please check the following: 1. Check status in the 'Profile' page. 2. Check your phone's network connection status. 3. Ensure the device is properly bound to your account. 4. Restart both the device and the application.

Q3: How do I adjust the transparency level?

To adjust the transparency: 1. Select the device from your device list. 2. Use the slider or preset buttons (0%, 35%, 65%, 100%). 3. The change will take effect immediately.

Q4: How do I reset my password?

To reset your password: 1. On the login screen, tap 'Forgot Password'. 2. Enter your registered email address. 3. Check your email for the password reset link. 4. Follow the link to set a new password.

Q5: How do I delete my account?

To delete your account: 1. Go to 'Profile' > 'Account Settings'. 2. Tap 'Delete Account'. 3. Follow the confirmation prompts. 4. Note: This action is irreversible.
